2. Services
Smoovin provides professional junk removal, cleanout, and hauling services to residential and commercial customers in the Phoenix, Arizona metropolitan area. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
3. Estimates & Pricing
We provide free, no-obligation onsite estimates. We review the actual scope and conditions during the visit, provide an upfront price before work begins, and do not begin work without your approval.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic payments. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Liability & Limitations
Smoovin is licensed and insured. We take every precaution to prevent damage during our work. However, our liability for any property damage is limited to the cost of repair or replacement, up to the total amount paid for the service. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage, or items left in the work area that were not disclosed to our team.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smoovin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website.
7. Hazardous Materials
We do not handle hazardous materials including but not limited to asbestos, chemicals, medical waste, or biohazardous materials. It is your responsibility to disclose the presence of any hazardous materials before service begins. We reserve the right to refuse service if hazardous materials are discovered on-site.
8. SMS Terms of Service
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Smoovin, you agree to the following:
- Types of Messages: You may receive SMS/MMS messages related to appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, service updates, estimate and invoice notifications, customer care communications, and promotional/marketing messages.
- Messaging Frequency: Messaging frequency may vary based on your interactions with us and the services you request.
- Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. You are responsible for any charges from your carrier.
- Opt Out: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and will no longer receive texts from us unless you opt back in.

- Consent: By opting in to SMS from a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from Smoovin. This includes SMS messages for customer care and marketing. Your SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates.

9. Intellectual Property

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
