UPFRONT PRICING
Junk Removal Prices in Phoenix, AZ
Here's what our work actually costs, so you know before you call. Every job still gets a free onsite estimate and a fixed price you approve before we start.

Load size pricing
Most junk removal is priced by volume, meaning how much space your items take up in our dump bed. Our bed measures about 12 feet by 6 feet by 4 feet, which is roughly 10.7 cubic yards.
| Load size | Price |
|---|---|
| Minimum pickup | $210 |
| Half load | $450 to $475 |
| Full load | $850 |
The minimum covers smaller pickups: a couch, a mattress, or a few miscellaneous items, with normal access and no special disposal fees.
We also run a dump trailer with about the same capacity. When we bring both, we can haul roughly 21.3 cubic yards in one trip before we need to make a dump run.
What a job like yours costs
These are real ranges from real jobs. The spread is wide because it depends almost entirely on how full the space is. We price on how much material actually leaves, not on the square footage of the room.
| Job | Typical range |
|---|---|
| Garage cleanout | $450 to $1,700+ |
| 10x10 storage unit | $450 to $1,200+ |
| One-bedroom apartment cleanout | $650 to $1,700+ |
| Whole-house or estate cleanout | $1,700 to $4,000+ |
A half-empty garage lands near the bottom. A garage packed to the ceiling that hasn't been opened in 20 years lands at the top. That's why we come look first.
What's included in the price
Everything it takes to get the items out and gone:
- All the labor, including carrying items out from inside the house
- Loading and hauling
- Disposal and recycling fees
- Donation drop-off for usable items
- Broom-clean sweep-up when we're done
You don't move anything to the curb and you don't pay the dump.
What makes a price go up
- Weight. Dense material costs more to dump than it takes up in space.
- Stairs and long carries. Third-floor walk-ups and long driveways take more labor.
- Difficult access. Tight hallways, gated entries, narrow alleys.
- Tightly packed spaces. More volume than it looks like from the doorway.
- Items that need to be taken apart before they'll fit in the truck.
- Extra labor beyond a standard crew.
- Multiple dump runs on larger jobs.
- Travel well outside our normal service area.
Items with extra disposal fees
Some items cost us more at the landfill or recycler, so they may carry an added charge:
- Mattresses and box springs
- Refrigerators and certain appliances
- Tires
- TVs and electronics
We'll tell you at the estimate if anything in your pile falls into this group. It never shows up as a surprise on the invoice.
What we can't take
We don't haul hazardous materials. That includes asbestos, medical waste, fuel, and hazardous chemicals, along with anything else that requires a licensed hazardous-waste handler. Paint and certain liquids may also need specialized disposal.
This isn't a pricing question. We're not licensed for that work and we won't pretend otherwise.
The City of Phoenix and the City of Scottsdale both run household hazardous waste programs for these items. Set them aside before your appointment and we'll clear everything around them.
How the estimate works
- 1Tell us what you have. Pick your best day and a backup on the estimate form. Photos are optional and they help.
- 2We come look, free. We check the volume, the weight, the access and anything with a special disposal fee.
- 3You get a price before we touch anything. You approve it or you don't. No obligation.
- 4The price doesn't change. If the job runs longer than we expected, that's on us.
Repeat and volume pricing
We keep our pricing fair and consistent rather than running discounts. For property managers, contractors, investors and other customers who send us steady work, we can set up consistent volume or account pricing where it makes sense.
