Abandoned units, units cleared after an auction, and batches of units before a busy season. We schedule single units or a whole row, work within your gate hours and access rules, and leave each unit broom-clean and ready to rent.

Storage units can contain materials we can't haul: pool chemicals, paint, motor oil, antifreeze, pesticides, car batteries, asbestos, medical waste, fuel and gas cans, or anything that requires a licensed hazardous-waste handler.

Paint and certain liquids may need specialized disposal. Set these aside before your appointment; eligible Phoenix residents can check the city's household hazardous waste collection program. We'll clear eligible items around them.

We price every unit at a free onsite estimate. The main factors:

Unit size. A 5x10 is a very different job than a 10x30.

How full it is. Floor to ceiling, or half-empty.

Access. Drive-up units are faster than interior units with elevators and long hallways.

What's inside. Furniture and boxes are straightforward. Appliances and heavy items take more labor.
